Episode 104: Déjà Vu
SHOW NOTES
CORRECTION: I said there were no mentions of “déjà vu” in the Collected Works of C.G. Jung. A listener pointed out that my search produced erroneous results. So I ran the search again and found three instances: Jung mentions ‘the sentiment du déjà-vu’ in par. 974 of his essay “On Synchronicity” in Volume 8; he mentions ‘déjà vu’ in par. 640 of his essay “Answer to Job” in Volume 11; and he mentions ‘a sentiment du déjà vu’ in par. 456 of his essay “Symbols & the Interpretation of Dreams” in Volume 18.
